NAPLES, Fla. --- Greg Auerbach, spokesperson for ADS Florida, LLC, has announced his company is producing a seminar series to benefit dentists nearing a practice transition. The first seminar, “Enhancing Practice Productivity to Maximize Value,” will take place in Orlando, Fla. at the Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center on Friday, April 11, 2008 from 9:00A.M. to 4:30P.M. Featured speakers are Charles Blair, D.D.S and Hy Smith, M.B.A.
Charles Blair is the Tax Column contributing editor for Dental Economics magazine, author of “E-Z Tax Cookbook,” co-author of “Marketing for the Dental Practice” and “Employing Family Members in Your Dental Practice: A Tax Bonanza,” and founder of a full time dental industry consulting service that bears his name--- Dr. Charles Blair & Associates, Inc.
Hy Smith is a dental practice industry leader who contributes regularly to Dental Economics, has authored the book “Buying and Selling a Professional Practice,” is founder and Managing Member of ADS Florida, and Director of Transitions Strategies for Pride Institute. He has helped thousands of dentists with his practical experience in practice valuation, associateship buy-in arrangements, practice sales and mergers, and multi-doctor group arrangements.
